Your accommodation is a great starting point for hikes, sports activities and outdoor recreation. Cross-country trails accessible directly outside the front door are enticing in the winter.
Only a few meters away there is a bus stop – important for excursions and winter sports. The train station Bad Mitterndorf as well as shops and restaurants like the "Gourmet-Atelier Steirerhütte" are within walking distance. In the surrounding area, many beautiful excursion destinations, such as the Ödensee or the Tauplitz-Alm, are also waiting to be explored. Does golf hold a special place in your heart? The "Golf & Country Club Schloss Pichlarn" is only about 15 km away.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zwischen 4 und 7 Jahren. Die Gartenwohnung TOP1 ist wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird und die Kinder haben enorm viel Freiraum. Die Erwachsenen haben die Sauna genossen -) Besser geht's nicht!

Das Haus im Gesamten ist wunderschön und liegt wunderbar ruhig gegenüber der Therme. Für Sport und Familie gibt es allerhand Möglichkeiten. Wir kommen fix wieder.
