After arriving I had no internet access or satellite TV for 10 days. No one responded at all to my complaints about the problem with the Internet via email. Nobody reads the emails and chats. The problem was solved only through communication with WhatsApp. The TV satellite doesn't work yet because the programs have to be searched for again, but you need a release code, which is missing.
