Charming apartment in the heart of Palma
Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the first floor with a lift, ideal for comfortably accessing and beginning to discover the city.
From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering.
Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.

We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.

During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

Guesthouse Palma, ADULTS ONLY (with tourist licence number ETV/6363), is a fantastic holiday apartment for 4 people with a swimming pool just 5km from the centre of Palma. Without a doubt, one of the best places for your holiday, whether for pure relaxation, teleworking, visiting the city or a business trip.
This is equipped accommodation with two double beddouble rooms ((double beds with the option the option to separate them) separate them) and decand with great taste and Mediterranean style and Mediterranean style. has views to to a private courtwith fruit trees.. trees. There is a parking space inside the outdoor house. Although private transport is not required as the place is well connected by both bus and taxi, it is a quiet neighbourhood with several golf courses in the surrounding area (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner -> Set of 3 golf courses known as Arabella Golf Resort).
The exteriors have a beautiful garden with its saltwater pool (pool shared with the charming owner); pool usage hours from 07:00 to 22:00) which invites you to relax after a long walk through the city or a hectic workday.
The apartment is located in a neighbouring district of Palma called Son Roqueta, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. This accommodation is ideal for golf, trekking or cycling enthusiasts.
It is only 15 minutes from the airport. The city bus (stops 200m away) takes you to the city centre every 8 minutes (duration 15 minutes). So you do not necessarily need a car. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by local people.
The check-in will be carried out remotely and the submission of a form with all documentation required by the authorities will be requested in advance.
