The city hosts multiple natural thermal springs, such as the Termas de Outariz and As Burgas, which have been valued since Roman times for their healing properties. In addition, Ourense has a vibrant restaurant scene, standing out for its typical dishes such as Galician-style octopus, empanadas and wines from the Ribeiro region. The combination of its thermal and culinary heritage makes Ourense an ideal destination to relax and enjoy authentic Galician culture. In the surrounding areas, many nature excursions can be made, for example the Sil Canyon with hiking routes, cycling or water sports such as kayaking.

The apartment features a bright living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, television and a comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing after a day of tourism. The modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, as well as a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron, providing everything necessary for a worry-free stay. From the kitchen area, you can access a furnished terrace with city views, a perfect place to enjoy an outdoor coffee.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, both with double beds of 1.50 metres, offering optimal rest for guests. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, providing a touch of additional privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a second independent bathroom with a shower, ideal for greater convenience and for moments when time is of the essence.

For the winter months, the apartment has central heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. Additionally, it offers a parking space for guests arriving by car, making parking in the city not a problem. For families travelling with young children, the apartment makes a cot and high chair available upon request and availability, ensuring a pleasant stay for all family members.

Located in the heart of Ourense, in a pedestrian area full of lively bars and restaurants, this fully equipped loft offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a living-dining area with a TV, WiFi, a balcony with city views, a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning, portable heating, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The loft is on the first floor, accessible via stairs.

It is perfect for couples or solo travelers as it has a double bed. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for a child or teenager, keeping in mind that the loft is an open space and the sleeping area is integrated into the living room.

A car is not necessary, but if you are arriving by car, there is a low-cost public parking lot about 190 meters from the property. The train station is 1.8 km away, while the bus station is just 400 meters away.

Ourense is a popular destination with a rich cultural and culinary scene. Known as "the city of bridges," it offers many attractions for visitors, such as the Cathedral, the old town with its lively bar-filled streets, the Roman Bridge, and the Outariz thermal baths. Galician cuisine is a true delight, with specialties such as octopus "a la gallega," fresh seafood, and a wide variety of tapas. At Bar Fuentefría, right next to the loft, you can try the famous red tuna tapa.

The accommodation is located in the city center, next to bars and restaurants. It has good insulation, but we cannot guarantee it will be completely noise-free.
