A tastefully decorated holiday apartment for up to 4 guests, with shared swimming pool, just 5 km from Palma city centre. Whether you want to completely disconnect, work remotely, visit the city or are on a business trip, it is one of the best options in the area.
The apartment, fully equipped, features two double bedrooms (beds can be separated upon request), decorated in Mediterranean style, with views of a private patio with fruit trees. You will enjoy air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and wifi throughout the property. It has two simple but well-equipped kitchenettes, each with a Nespresso coffee maker, and two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. It includes one outdoor parking space within the property.
You don't need a car: the area is well served by bus and taxi, and the airport is just 15 minutes away. The bus stop is 200 m from the apartment, with buses to the city centre every 8 minutes (15 minutes journey time).
The apartment is located in Son Roqueta, a quiet, mostly residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Palma, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. It is an excellent starting point for golf, hiking or cycling enthusiasts, surrounded by the Arabella Golf Resort (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner golf courses).
Outside, a beautiful garden with salt-water swimming pool —shared with the charming owner— invites you to relax after a walk around the city or a day's work. Pool hours: 07:00 to 22:00.
Every Thursday morning, our maintenance team will visit the property to carry out routine garden and pool maintenance tasks.
Check-in is done remotely; you will receive a form in advance to submit the documentation required by the authorities.
House Rules:
Adults only: bookings from people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; non-compliance will result in a penalty.
Please maintain order and cleanliness both inside and outside the accommodation.

Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully rehabilitated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Majorcan architecture, whilst also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.

Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, ideal for easy access and starting to discover the city.
From here you will be able to enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the very essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and with an additional cost, subject to availability.
For the greater convenience of our guests, we offer a towel change service during their stay, including replacement on intermediate days.

Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and passing through them quietly.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours regarding noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict the guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the booking amount, and may also retain the deposit.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be retained, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 14:00.
Check-out time: until 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
The number of guests shall not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.
Additional information
The apartment is located in an area with restricted access for residents. If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall. You will only need to notify us in advance that you will be arriving by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

Het appartement was groot en schoon. Zwembad was prive. Eigenaresse woont wel aan het zwembad, echter stoorde dit niet. Eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en gaf veel tips qua restaurantjes en wat te doen in de omgeving. Het was super.

The pictures don’t do this place justice as to just how beautiful it actually is. Far enough away from the centre to feel tranquil but close enough to hop in a taxi and be in the centre in 10 minutes. There was 3 of us and extra sofa bed was comfortasee more

There was 3 of us and extra sofa bed was comfortable and the apartment was nog so more than enough room. Sandra was an amazing Host and nothing was too. Much hassle. She even ordered our takeaway pizzas for us on our part evening. We loved it and have already talked about going back next year.
