Charming apartment in the historic centre of Palma
Accommodation categorised as Interior Tourism, located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a main bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. It should be noted that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan environment.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with baby strollers. However, if they decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped dwelling. From the apartment, there are views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. It is not necessary to have private transport, as it is just 5-10 minutes walking from some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.

In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
