Welcome to Casa LEA, your holiday refuge in the vibrant Santa Catalina neighbourhood, with stunning views of the sea and Palma harbour. This elegant three-storey house offers space and comfort for up to 6 people, combining style, comfort and the unique essence of Palma. The property is located in a lively nightlife area, so Friday and Saturday nights may be somewhat noisier; the house is well soundproofed and has thick windows to mitigate noise.
House layout
Ground floor: Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and bathroom with shower.
First floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with double sofa bed bunk-style nest bed (ideal for children or adults). Second bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: Gorgeous terrace with panoramic views of the port, Palma Bay and Bellver Castle, equipped with a table and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring comfort throughout the stay.

Keep the property clean and tidy.
Make responsible use of air conditioning and heating: turn off when not in use and close windows and doors.

Parties and events are not allowed, visits must be moderate and respectful.
Avoid excessive noise, loud music, or behaviour that may disturb neighbours.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of €500 will be withheld, which may be applied to property damage, key loss, or excessive dirt.
Check-in time: from 15:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests subject to availability.
The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.
Parking and access
The house is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council: you only need to notify us in advance and send the vehicle registration number.
Parking is available upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. There are also recommended nearby public car parks, as the area is a regulated parking zone.

The wardrobe space is vast, plenty of hangers. There’s a hairdryer and iron, both an advantage. There are 3 bathrooms with showers, one of them is on the ground floor. The very best thing about the property is the roof terrace. Having an early eveningmorning drink watching the boats and cruise liners sitting up there, with the sun shining, perfect. If you want to stay in a more Spanish traditional place, rather than a tourist hotel on the front then this is for you.

It would benefit from a handrail on the wall up the stairs for extra safety as it’s a little steep. And one going up to the roof terrace too. We also missed not having a long mirror in any of the bedrooms, which would have been a nice addition. We wesee more

We were advised of the noise at the weekend at night as there’s a nightclub a really short distance away from the property and we weren’t prepared for it, you can definitely hear it enough for you to be disturbed, so perhaps pack some earplugs. This was only on the Friday night though, (we stayed Wednesday to Saturday), and in no detracted from our overall stay as it was a gem of a place.
