The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a single bed to accommodate a child, a full bathroom and an equipped, practical and stylish kitchen, all in an environment that combines tradition and personality. Furthermore, the air conditioning is located in the centre of the apartment, between the hallway and the bedroom, which allows for efficient and uniform air distribution throughout the space.
Outside, guests can enjoy the pleasant patio of approximately 30 m², ideal for relaxing in the open air, having a peaceful breakfast or enjoying a drink at sunset. It is important to note that this space is shared with the owners, who live nearby, although a calm, discreet and respectful atmosphere is always maintained.
Located in the charming village of Sineu, in the centre of the island, this accommodation allows you to discover the most authentic Mallorca, away from overcrowded areas and with easy access to any point on the island. Its famous weekly market particularly stands out, held on Wednesdays and is one of the most traditional and emblematic in Mallorca, where you can find local products, craftsmanship and typical atmosphere where you can taste a wonderful "variat mallorquí" a truly delicious dish.
During your stay you will be able to walk through historic streets, discover traditional Majorcan architecture, enjoy cycling routes or hiking through the rural surroundings, as well as taste the excellent local gastronomy in traditional restaurants and cellars. You will also have the possibility of making excursions to beaches and coves a short drive away or visiting nearby charming villages such as Petra, Sant Joan or Costitx.
The experience is completed with the typical flavours of the island, such as freshly made ensaimadas, sobrasada, local wines and other traditional dishes that form part of the Majorcan essence.
This apartment is ideal for couples seeking to disconnect, enjoy tranquillity and experience an authentic stay in a soulful setting. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
