Outside, the guest will be able to enjoy the pleasant patio of approximately 30 m², ideal for relaxing outdoors, having a peaceful breakfast or enjoying a drink at sunset. It is important to note that this space is shared with the owners, who live nearby, although a calm, discreet and respectful atmosphere is always maintained.
Located in the charming village of Sineu, a central location on the island, this accommodation allows you to discover the most authentic Mallorca, far from overcrowded areas and with easy access to any point of the island. It is especially notable for its famous weekly market, which takes place on Wednesdays and is one of the most traditional and emblematic markets in Mallorca, where you can find local products, crafts, and a typical atmosphere where you can enjoy a wonderful "variat malloquí", a truly delicious dish.
During your stay, you can stroll through historic streets, discover traditional Mallorcan architecture, enjoy cycling routes or hiking in the rural environment, as well as taste the excellent local gastronomy in traditional restaurants and cellers. You will also have the possibility of making excursions to beaches and coves a short distance by car or visit nearby charming towns such as Petra, Sant Joan or Costitx.
The experience is completed with the typical flavours of the island, such as freshly made ensaimadas, sobrassada, local wines and other traditional dishes that form part of the Mallorcan essence.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
