This newly renovated and carefully designed apartment is a perfect choice for a vacation in the center of Tel Aviv. Close to the beach, to Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda streets altogether, yet located in an adjacent quiet street, you'll enjoy both high quality amenities in the apartment and one of the most entertaining neighborhood.
THE SPACE
The apartment features a comfortable living area divided between the kitchen and the living room and balcony. The windows are facing south, meaning sunlight all day long.
The living room has a 2,5 seats sofa, 3 futon style poufs, a coffee table and a smart TV.
The large glass doors can be fully opened and extend the living room even more with an extra sitting area, a table and 2 chairs.
At the other end, the kitchen has been designed with high quality materials and is fully equipped. The kitchen island can sit up to 4 people.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, XL closet and en suite bathroom with shower and toilets.
Bedroom 2: double sofa bed and closet.
Extra bathroom with shower and toilets.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat available in the whole space.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

The apartment is located a few minutes from Frishman Beach and Gordon Beach, the Gordon swimming pool (outdoor, salt water) and the Tel Aviv Marina.
With Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda streets as well as Ben Gurion Avenue and Dizengoff square within reach, you can enjoy a very large entertainment offer with minimum planing.
