Suitable for 4 people, the apartment is well equiped, designed with care with a minimalist aesthetic, located in a new building that meets all the new standards of comfort and security. Our guests can enjoy the amenities of the complex, such as swiming pool, pool for kids, gym and sauna.
THE SPACE
The living space is quite large, divided between the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. It also opens on a terrace.
Fully furnished living room equiped with a flat screen TV.
Fully equiped open plan kitchen.
Dining room with a table which can accomodate up to 6 people.
Access to the balcony which also has a dining table for 6.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, dressing.
Bedroom 2: shelter, queen size bed.
Full bathroom with walk in shower.
Guest toilets.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
- Access to the swiming pool, kids pool, sauna and gym. Please check the opening hours in the complex.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Kohav Hatsafon is a new neighborhood, built right on the other side of the Yarkon river. It is a few minutes away from the Hayarkon park (on the right bank) and the Tel Aviv old North. The port of Tel Aviv is also closeby.
The residence is located in a commercial area which boasts some excellent eateries and cafes as well as grocery stores and a butcher shop - you can litteraly do all your shopping downstairs.
GETTING AROUND
Many attractions are within waking distance.
There are buses running from Rokah street, Even Gvirol street and Namir road which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
