Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Eastern Mallorca, this charming villa with a private pool is ideal for 9 guests.

The villa is 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the city of Manacor with restaurants and shops and the Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque towns of Artà and Capdepera, the Artà caves, party in Cala Ratjada or enjoy a day with the family at the safari zoo in Cala Millor.

Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love to return home; swimming in the pool or organising a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace with 9 sun loungers and some umbrellas. A pool towel is available per person. The stone facade regulates the temperature, making it very pleasant during the summer.

The decoration of the rooms is a mix of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The living room with satellite TV and WiFi is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa. The open kitchen is next to the living room with a gas hob and dishwasher, among other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend evenings with family.

Four of the five rooms with a wardrobe have a double bed, while the fifth room has 1 single bed; all are equipped with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate shower bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron, and a cot on request complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link. This payment is mandatory.
