Description
Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, East Mallorca, this charming villa with private pool is ideal for 9 guests.
The villa is 10-15 minutes' drive from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the town of Manacor with restaurants and shops and Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, the caves of Artà, party in Cala Ratjada or enjoy a family day at the Cala Millor safari zoo.
Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love returning home; swimming in the pool or organising a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace with 9 sun loungers and some parasols. A pool towel per person is provided. The stone façade regulates the temperature, making it very pleasant during the summer.
The decoration of the rooms is a mix of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The lounge with satellite TV and wifi is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa. The open kitchen is next to the lounge with a gas hob and dishwasher, amongst other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend family evenings.
Four of the five bedrooms with wardrobe have a double bed, whilst the fifth bedroom has 1 single bed; all are equipped with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate shower bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron and a cot on request complete the equipment.

Air conditioning is available from 10:30 to 21:00.
The villa is located in the heart of nature and there are bees, insects, wasps, birds, etc. Please bear in mind that this is part of life in the countryside and in nature.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night and person in high season and €0.55 per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of ID cards or passports from all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
