The exterior stands out for its impressive plot of 15,000 square metres, with a private 10x5 metre swimming pool perfect for refreshing leisure moments. The property has a balcony and is located in a quiet rural area, offering views and privacy.

To be taken into account:
In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 Eur per night and per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. The Ecotasa is paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
