Description
The Agroturismo Cal Tio with communal swimming pool is a very peaceful place, surrounded by nature, animals and a small vegetable garden. It is ideal for 2 adults.
Costitx is located in the centre of Mallorca and is characterised by being a family and rural destination. Every Wednesday the Sineu market is held, a few kilometres from Costitx. In the towns of Inca and Manacor you will find supermarkets, petrol stations and shops. The beaches in the north, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, are approximately half an hour's drive away. A car is necessary.
The agritourism consists of four double accommodation units that share the swimming pool (size: 10 x 5 metres, maximum depth 1.60 metres), the barbecue and the terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a shallow area of 2 x 5 metres with a depth of 30 cm. On the apartment terrace there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
Each accommodation unit has a terrace that gives access to the lounge-dining room with sofa, air conditioning, central heating by ducts, satellite television.
Next is the kitchen with dining area and very complete equipment, ceramic hob. The bedroom has a double bed. The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we provide a cot or mini-cot and a high chair, as well as a baby bath, some toys and children's crockery.
The property has communal use of the following utensils (communal cupboard):
- Beach umbrellas
- Ironing board
- Various games
- Blender
- Shopping bags
- Laundry detergent
IMPORTANT NOTES
A supplement of from £80 will be applied in the following cases:
– Extraordinary cleaning or accumulated rubbish: if the property is left in a state of excessive dirt or with accumulated rubbish.
– Failure to comply with checkout time: departures after the established time without prior written authorisation from the host.
– Occupancy and events: celebration of unauthorised parties or accommodation of persons not registered in the booking.
– Damage and misuse: breakages, damage or misuse of facilities, appliances or equipment. In this case, the amount will be calculated according to the cost of repair or replacement.
Optionally, Cal Tio also offers breakfast to its guests - please request it on site.
