The property features a sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying Tenerife’s privileged climate. Its small but charming private pool (2 x 2 m, 1.2 m deep) is perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. There are also 2 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, creating a relaxing corner where sunshine and tranquility are the main attractions.
The interior is designed for comfort and style. A spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a microwave, L’Or coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and full tableware. In the lounge area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in German, English, and French, as well as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room.
The house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, plus a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Located in a peaceful residential area, the property is just 1.3 km from Playa de Fañabé and 3.8 km from Playa de Candelaria. Within a 2 to 5 km radius, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all essential services. A car is recommended for getting around comfortably.
