The location of the house is ideal for those who wish to explore the area or relax, as the beach of Cala Serena is only 800 meters away. You can spend your days lounging on the sand, swimming in the crystal clear waters or trying out one of the water sports available. In the surroundings, you will find restaurants, bars and stores. You can visit different coves apart from Cala Serena such as Cala Ferrera, Cala Gran, Cala Petita or Cala Egos.
The casita is located in an urbanization with neighbors, within a well-kept garden and in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of this vacation home is the outdoor terrace, which is the perfect place to have a glass of wine. The living room is tastefully furnished and decorated, with comfortable seating and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks during your stay. It includes a gas stove, refrigerator and all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare your favorite dishes. There is also a dining table for 4 people.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. Each room has plenty of space to store your belongings and is decorated with a personal touch to make you feel at home.There are also two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, to suit your preferences. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your comfort.
Other amenities include free WiFi throughout the house and washing machine. A crib and highchair are available upon request.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 14 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
