3-night stay in Predeal | 30 December 2026 - 2 January 2027

Welcome the New Year in the elegant setting of Queen's Crown Manor, surrounded by the charm of the winter holidays, traditional Romanian cuisine, live music and memorable experiences for the whole family.

The package includes 3 nights of accommodation in your selected room, the meals and drinks listed in the programme, the New Year’s Eve party with live music and open bar, a Carnival evening with karaoke and a gathering around the bonfire.

30 December | Welcome to the Manor

Arrival is scheduled during the afternoon. Your hosts will welcome you with smoked ham served on a wooden platter, traditional bilberry liqueur and Romanian fruit brandy.

Dinner features traditional dishes prepared almost entirely by local producers from the Bran area, including pastrama, homemade sausages, bulz, tochitura and other regional specialities. For dessert, enjoy traditional papanasi served with sour cream and bilberry jam.

Red wine, fruit brandy and bilberry liqueur are offered by the house. The relaxed atmosphere creates the perfect opportunity to meet the other guests and begin this festive experience together.

31 December | The Last Day of the Year

After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy. You can explore Predeal and the surrounding attractions or simply relax and experience the peaceful atmosphere of the manor.

Lunch includes:

• Romanian meatball soup

• beef entrecote in Merlot sauce, served with potato gratin and pickles

• pancakes filled with honey and walnuts

New Year’s Eve Party

The celebration begins at 8:30 PM, accompanied by live music. The band will create a lively atmosphere with ambient music, dance favourites, disco rhythms and traditional Romanian songs.

The festive menu begins with canapes topped with black roe, smoked salmon, cream cheese and homemade pate, followed by:

• figs filled with goat cheese

• layered smoked meat appetiser with pickled cucumbers

• chicken roulade with aromatic herbs

• four-cheese roulade with poppy seeds

• pork roulade with vegetables

• smoked cheese with olive paste

• turkey aspic

As the party continues, fir-infused trout will be served with porcini mushroom rice.

At midnight, we open the champagne and welcome 2027 while watching the fireworks. The celebration then continues with the main course:

• turkey filled with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, served with orange and anise sauce

• pork belly with a bacon-wrapped stuffed potato

• roasted pepper and walnut baskets

The evening concludes with a chocolate and locally sourced forest-fruit cake.

Drinks and fresh fruit will be available throughout the celebration as part of the open bar.

1 January | Carnival, Karaoke and Bonfire

The first day of the year begins at a relaxed pace with a traditional Romanian post-celebration favourite: potroace soup or tripe soup.

The meal continues with oven-roasted pork neck filled with homemade sausage, served with creamy mashed potatoes and pickled cabbage salad. Fresh muffins and homemade biscuits complete the menu.

In the evening, you are invited to a Carnival celebration featuring karaoke and a buffet dinner. Remember to bring a mask or even your most creative costume.

The day ends around the bonfire, where warm traditional pies will be served in an authentic winter atmosphere.

2 January | A Morning of Fond Memories

After breakfast, enjoy the final moments of your stay over a cup of coffee or carefully prepared winter tea.

It is time to share stories and revisit the photographs and memories created during a New Year’s celebration you will remember for years to come.

The package is available for a 3-night stay from 30 December 2026 to 2 January 2027.
