The open-plan layout includes a cozy sleeping area with a soft double bed, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including a Nespresso machine.
A custom suspended TV unit can be adjusted to be enjoyed from either the bed or the sofa. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while exterior shutters allow you to block out light and noise when needed. Step out onto the private balcony for a quiet morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

The Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis itself, the Arch of Hadrian, and many local cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, offering a more authentic Athenian experience.

This is a very interesting case of rental. A classical two floor Athenian building, with a backyard, where tenants can meet and socialise, like they used to do daily in the old days! This building consists of a studio, a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. Architectural details of another era are seen all around and this is what makes it special. The feeling. And the fact it is so affordable!!! AND the fact that if you are looking to travel with a small group of people, this is ideal because you can organise together, save time, money, have the pleasure of spending quality time with them but also have your precious privacy. Syntagma Square and the Historical Center of Athens begins only a few blocks from where you will be. Some beautiful beaches are also half an hour away!
