Description
Modern studio apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv on the beautiful Haari street in the famous Kerem Hateimanim neighborhood, a pastoral and quiet area near all the action. The studio is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 min from the HaCarmel Market. As well 1 km away from Rothschild boulevard and Dizengoff square, 2 km away from Old Jaffa and 3km away from Tel Aviv Port. All of Tel Aviv's best spots are at your reach!
THE SPACE
The studio is newly furnished and renovated. It features one double bed on the ground floor and one double bed over on a mezzanie loft space.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, tea kettle and 2 little stove tops.
There is one private full bathroom.
An shared outdoor space with a table and chairs is at your disposal. If staying with other people, consider also renting the other Haari studio to have private access to the entire space. With only these two units in the building, it can really feel like a private home. Great for business, families, friends, and travelers that want to stay together without "staying together."

- Shared washing machine outside the apartment.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is in the district called Kerem HaTeimanim, which translates in English to the Yemenite District/Vineyard of the Yemenites. This is one of the districts in Tel Aviv that have stayed very original. Most of the small houses in the neighborhood were built at the beginning of the 19th century and are still there. The narrow streets, the trees and flowers growing at every corner and the unique small original restaurant makes it a unique experience. Only a few minutes walk from the beach and the market you are also in the heart of Tel Aviv without the noise and the car traffic. This is mainly a pedestrian neighborhood.
Everything you will need is in five to ten minute walking distance:
- The Ocean, 24/7 supermarkets, bike rentals, plenty of cafes and restaurants, public transportation, taxis and a few playgrounds for children near by.
- Shuk HaCarmel--an outdoor market with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese, bread and health food stores. An especially loud and crowded atmosphere you just must experience.
- Neve Tzedek, Tel-Aviv's first neighborhood with amazing architecture from the late 19th century and beautiful posh shops and restaurants with a special and quiet atmosphere.
- Nachlat Binyamin street, which houses an artist street fair every Tuesday and Friday.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses departing from the nearby Carmelit bus terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
