Set in Puerto de Andratx, this lovely villa with private pool and sea views is perfect for 8 people seeking holidays between the mountains and the sea.
The rocky beach is 950 meters from the house while the sand beach Camp de Mar is 5.8 km away. This lovely villa is at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, where you can hike, cycle and visit charming villages like Galilea, Banyalbufar or Sóller. Cala Llamp and the Gran Folies Beach Club are 3.5 km from the villa while Santa Ponça Golf course is 18 km away. Nearby guests will find supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Families may enjoy a funny day in the entertainment parks Katmandu or Western Park. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.
Why not starting your day with a dip in the private pool? Then, lay down on one of the 8 sun loungers and get a nice tan; and there are also 4 parasols if you need shade. The salt water pool is 9 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2.1 meters. The furnished poolside porch features a barbecue and there’s a exterior shower as well as a toilet with shower in the garage to wash of the sand when coming home from the beach. There’s a terrace on the first floor overlooking the mountains, the sea and the boats of Port d’Andratx.
When entering, there’s a living-dining room with TV (local channels), piano and sofas. The well equipped kitchen includes a dining table, induction hob and a dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed as well as a bathroom with bathtub can be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, then a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and two more rooms with 1 single bed and desk each. Note that there's air conditioning in the living area, in the reading room and in the double bedrooms. Furthermore, one bedroom counts with a TV (local channels). Additionally, there are 2 more bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and the second bath with bathtub. A laundry room including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, WiFi and a cot/high chair upon request complete the equipment.

Every Saturday morning, our staff will take care of the pool maintenance and the garden. They will enter the exterior area, but they won’t disturb you.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.

The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with bathroom en suite (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds, ideal for the youngsters in the family). In the living room you have 2 single sofa beds. Tourist license number: ETV/5695. On the ground floor we find a huge living-dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco meals & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace that surrounds the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private pool and gardens. The property is located in a quiet residential area although in a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options for a little driving, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are close by. They have parking in the same property. Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized. -Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay. -A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. No noise is allowed from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. in the morning.
