Description
Located in Puerto de Andratx, this beautiful villa with private pool and sea views invites 8 guests to spend holidays between the sea and the mountains.
At 950 metres from the rocky beach and 5.8 km from the sandy beach in Camp de Mar, this villa is in Puerto de Andratx. The Sierra de Tramuntana, just a few kilometres away, is ideal for cycling and hiking; a visit to the villages of Galilea, Banyalbufar and Sóller is recommended. Cala Llamp and the Gran Folies Beach Club are 3.5 km away, whilst Santa Ponça golf course is 18 km away. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops and families can spend a day at Katmandu park and Western Park. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.
During the hot summer days, our guests enjoy the private salt-water pool (size: 9 x 3 metres and depth 1.1 to 2.1 metres) and several terraces with 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas. The furnished porch with fixed barbecue overlooks the pool and there is an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor toilet with shower in the garage to rinse off the sand when you come back from the beach. The first-floor terrace has spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the boats of Port d'Andratx.
Upon entering, there is a living-dining room with television, piano and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped, including dining table, induction hob and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, we find 4 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds and the remaining two bedrooms with 1 single bed and desk each. Please note that there is air conditioning in the living room, in the reading room and in the double bedrooms; furthermore, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. One bedroom comes with a television. On the first floor, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and the second with bathtub. A laundry room including tumble dryer, washing machine and iron/ironing board, free Wifi and a cot/high chair upon request complete the equipment of this lovely house.
** The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room/reading room and living-dining room. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans and several portable fans that can be placed according to guests' needs.

Every Saturday morning, our staff takes care of pool and garden maintenance; they will need to enter the outdoor area but they won't bother you.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night and person in high season and €0.55 per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.

Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly impressive views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from each of the windows! The Villa and all its habitable spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the young ones in the family). On the ground floor, we find a huge dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are nearby, along with an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace that wraps around the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private saltwater pool and gardens.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, but within a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. With countless options by driving a bit, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf, and Santa Ponsa are nearby.

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.
Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules. No type of noise is permitted from 10 pm to 9 am.
