Description
Surrounded by fields near Ariany, a quiet little town, the villa Can Nofre is an idyllic place for families up to 6 guests plus 1 baby.
The village of Ariany is in the Centre-East of Majorca and has some lovely cafés and picturesque alleys. In the city of Manacor or Ïnca you will find supermarkets, shops and gas stations. The next beach, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro is less than a 30 minutes’ drive away.
The exteriors of the house are very well-kept and invite you to enjoy a quiet time with friends and family. The private chorine pool is 10 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sunbeds and 3 parasols. Your kids will enjoy the playground.
The terrace gives access to the living-dining room with satellite TV. If you have to work during your holidays, don’t worry – this house provides you with high speed internet. The kitchen offers a good equipment, including a vitro hob and a dishwasher. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,5-2 m) and two with 2 single beds each (1x2 m and 0,9x1,9m). There are 2 bathrooms with shower or bathtub. The equipment includes a washing machine, hairdryer and an iron. You can park your car outside the house on the plot.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. On your check-in day, the owner will make the guest registration with you but you will receive a link as well to do it online and make it easier.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival.
Damage deposit: 300 Eur. You will leave it to the owner when checking in.
Please mind that the check-in is possible from 4 p.m. and the check out is until 10 a.m.
Electricity consumption: 0,45 Eur / kW. You will pay pending on consumption on your check-out day, directly to the owner. (rate for 2022: 0.25 Eur / kW)
