Set in Artà and 10 minutes driving to the golf course of Capdepera, this charming villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and a baby.
This house is a few minutes walking from the village of Artà, where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We recommend you to visit the Caves of Artà, Sant Salvador viewpoint and the beaches of Canyamel and Cala Agulla. If you’re a golf lover, you can choose between the golf courses of Capdepera and Canyamel.
This one-storey house features a private, 5 x 8 metres chlorine pool, sun loungers, a spacious terrace with outdoor dining area and a barbecue. The furnished porch is perfect for a summer dinner with your loved ones. Besides, there’s an exterior shower bath at your disposal.
The bright living area with AC and satellite TV invites you to spend nice evenings with friends and family. The kitchen is well-equipped, including an oven, vitro hob, cooking utensils and a dishwasher. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed. The house has 2 complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower. Equipment includes free Wifi, a washing machine and a baby cot. You can park outside on the plot.

Parties / events are not allowed. We do not accept youth groups younger than 25 years, except families with children.
Additional fee for the electricity consumption: 0.30 Eur / kW. You will pay the consumption on your day of departure, to the owner.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
