Welcome to this spectacular finca with private pool and terrace near Artà, ideal for families up to 6 persons.
Artà, in the east of Mallorca, is a picturesque medieval village with many restaurants, cafés and shops. You can visit the Sanctuary, from where you can enjoy panoramic views. Cala Ratjada and Son Moll beach are 11 km from the house while the Capdepera golf course is 6.5 km away. A car is necessary and can be parked on the estate itself.
The exterior of the finca is spectacular, well maintained and invites to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The private chlorine pool has a size of 4,5 m x 8,5 m and is fenced, ideal if you are travelling with children. The depth varies between 1 and 2 metres. The pool terrace is equipped with several sun loungers and parasols. The finca has plenty of space, a well-kept garden, several terraces and beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.
The 2-storey house is very comfortable and stately. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a hall and a living room with satellite TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, filter coffee machine, oven and vitro hob. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is a separate bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On request, the owner can provide a cot and a high chair.

The deposit of 300 Eur will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

Welcome to this wonderful finca for 6 guests near Artà, where tranquility and comfort come together to offer you an unforgettable holiday.
Enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a private chlorine pool (12 x 5 m, depth from 1 to 2.2 m), surrounded by a sunny terrace with six comfortable sun loungers. Relax in the chill-out area, refresh yourself in the outdoor shower, and organize delicious barbecues with the mobile barbecue. All surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden.
The house combines traditional Mallorcan style with all modern comforts. In the living room, you will find satellite TV and high-speed WiFi, ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with tableware, a fridge, gas stovetop, and three types of coffee makers (Nespresso, filter, and Dolce Gusto). It also has central heating, a washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board for added convenience.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for greater privacy. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
The finca operates with solar energy, offering a sustainable stay in harmony with nature.
It is located in the charming town of Artà, with its market, restaurants, and bars that reflect the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. Just a few kilometers away, you will find stunning coves such as Cala Agulla, Cala Torta, and Cala de Betlem, the latter being perfect for paddle surfing.
Only 15-20 minutes from Cala Ratjada, where you will find supermarkets, gas stations, bars, and a beautiful promenade with restaurants. Capdepera Golf is just a short drive away.
