    Es Trenc
    A paradise of water and sand
    Sa Sínia Vella is located just 3 km. from Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca for its expanses of dazzling sand and crystal waters. With just under 4 km., This beach town of Campos is listed as a protected area, so in its unspoiled coastline are only some beach amenities and curiously, several bunkers after the war. The sand also has a nudist area. Something deeper, grows an area of low forest and scrub, which soon leads to extensive pine forests.
    The name comes from “trencar” which means break, and apparently refers to the channel draining the coastline breaks the flow of the lagoons. The quality of its waters, tranquility and extent of sand makes Es Trenc one of the best options for swimming in Mallorca.
    Environment
    A space in harmony with nature
    Around the house boast landscapes and towns in which to enjoy nature, beaches and leisure.
    It is Salobrar de Campos, 130 hectares of ponds extending seawater as a fascinating game of mirrors. There is evidence that Carthaginians and Romans were dedicated to the salt production in the area. And today, the so called 'white gold' is extracted using traditional methods.
    For its undoubted ecological value, “Es Salobrar” is listed as protected area. It proliferates flora and fauna adapted to soils rich in salt. But especially notable for its abundance of bird-of which have been cataloged up to 1,700 species-ecosystem becoming very popular with birdwatchers. Therefore, “Es Salobrar” is also recognized as a Special Protection Area (SPA).
    Beaches
    Mallorca's southern coast is dotted with sandy beaches and turquoise sea. The house is located close to Es Trenc is flanked by the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita, allowing long walks on the shore of a sea always calm.
    But there are many other options: in nearby Colonia de Sant Jordi are beaches as Es Carbó or Es Dolç, which offer as a gift panoramic view to the archipelago of Cabrera.
    Colonia de Sant Jordi
    Colonia de Sant Jordi, in the nearby municipality of Ses Salines is a classic resort area of Majorcan families. Years ago this town was a small fishing village, and now houses a range of options to enjoy the cuisine and a leisure without fanfare. From here boats leave toward Cabrera, and also houses an interpretation center that realizes the ecological value of this park.

    Cabrera National Park
    The archipelago of Cabrera is a tiny paradise declared National Park in 1991. It consists of 18 islands and islets, although it can only be visited Cabrera, the largest of the islands. Its terrain is mountainous and austere, and the coast cliffs that sometimes exceed 100 meters, softened by turquoise coves predominate. Here live unique species of sea birds and lizards, but the most amazing wildlife and plants are submerged: Posidonia almost graze the edge, and at first sight be seen countless fish. A paradise for scuba divers. The island also boasts a castle from the late fourteenth century.

    Mondragó Natural Park
    Within 20 km of the house is Mondragó, an exceptional collection of coves known as Natural Park. These include the Sa Barca Trencada Creek, near Portopetro, and further south the Caló des Borgit is located.
    A small path connects the cove of Ses Fonts de n'Alís, a spectacular sand after a stream which is a wetland of great ecological interest is discovered. In the idyllic natural park Mondragó also highlights S'Amador, a virgin clear water creek with a backdrop of pine trees and olive trees.

    Activities

    Seamanship
    The beaches and coves that occur on the south coast of Mallorca makes the area an exceptional place for sailing. In the docks of Colonia de Sant Jordi and the Sa Marina Ràpita find all nautical services you require, as well as numerous options for boat rentals.

    Diving
    The crystal clear waters of the beaches in the area invite you into to see the beauty of the seabed. However, one of the favorite sites for divers is the nearby island of Cabrera, where you can enjoy an exceptional flora and fauna.

    Windsurfing
    Windsurfers and water sports sailing in this area will find multiple sites for the practice of these modalities, with the appeal of enjoying a unique beaches in Mallorca.

    Birdwatching
    The nearby Salobral Field is an area very popular with ornithologists, and which have been cataloged over 1,700 birds. Many are migratory species that nutrients found in these waters to recover from their long journeys.

    Cycling
    The southern part of Mallorca is essentially flat, allowing undemanding bike tours and the incentive to roll along the coast. A route widely practiced by groups of professional and amateur cyclists is that connecting with Cap Blanc Ses Salines, in which we discover a spectacular coastline.

    Golf
    In thThe are some of the best options for playing golf on the island. This is the case of Maioris Golf, Golf Son Antem East and West Golf Son Antem, located in the municipality of Llucmajor, about 25 km away from the House.

    Paddle
    In Colonia de Sant Jordi find a paddle club with all the infrastructure and services for the practice of this sport.

    Hiking
    Stroll along the coast, like a trip to the lighthouse of Cap de Ses Salines. They are about 12 km route where you will discover unique beaches, as is Caragol, or Is It Carbo-Dols, culminating in this lighthouse, which houses a coastal research station. There is also the option of going to the lighthouse by car, and make your way on foot to Colonia de Sant Jordi.

    Riding and Polo
    In the vicinity of the house you will find the Sant Jordi Golf Club and several riding centers that offer horseback riding in the area. Also near the hotel is the polo club sa barreleta

    Shopping
    On Thursdays and Saturdays, Campos celebrates a popular market, in which you can also stroll through craft stalls, handmade clothing, etc. Sa Ràpita, meanwhile, hosts in the months of July and August a summer market. It's a good time to admire and enjoy the excellent products of the Majorcan countryside.

    Excursion to Cabrera
    In the summer months, leaving daily from Colonia de Sant Jordi ships to Cabrera, a stunning National Park seabed, such as the famous Cova Blava. And to complete the look, you can access Cabrera Interpretation Center in Colonia de Sant Jordi, a space in which to deepen the ecological treasures of this natural area.

    -You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

    -The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

    -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
