The wonderful rural house offers space to accommodate 8 people, it consists of 2 cozy lounges, a dining room with vaulted ceiling and stone arches, a well-equipped rustic kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), as well as 3 bathrooms. Large saltwater pool with Jacuzzi, accommodated with sun loungers and a covered terrace equipped with tables and chairs ideal for lunch, dinner or aperitifs. It also has an extensive parking area.
Additional services include Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, air conditioning (Hot / Cold), fireplace, board games, 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. It is possible to rent extra beds.

The house has wireless internet both inside and in the courtyard. The interior of the house retains its rustic character; several large rooms are spread over 2 floors and 300 m².
To the house is entered by way of a large courtyard with trees, overlooking a sober façade and arched entryway.
The first room you will find is a large living room with fireplace. Every space has very distinct atmospheres. The first space you enter features a solemn stone arch. The second is a beautiful dining room with an arched Gothic ceiling.
Downstairs you will find the room with the most character: the kitchen. The kitchen retains its unique, 400-year-old architectural elements. It has a huge fireplace and is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. It has natural light through a skylight window. It is decorated with multiple crafts. It has a vast and cool pantry where the fridge and kitchen utensils are located. This pantry formerly were use to storage the typical sobrasadas.
The dining room is a multipurpose room. It is decorated with Mediterranean colors, stone walls and multiple lamps that create a unique atmosphere. The ground floor also features a full bathroom.
High ceiling stairs lead to the upper floor, which features a large central lounge with two sofas and a TV with a DVD player. On this floor you will find the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
