Welcome to this lovely villa with private pool, garden and much space for up to 8 guests in the area of Campos, in the south of Mallorca.
Campos is a charming town with all necessary amenities like restaurants and supermarkets, located in the south of Mallorca. It is known for its beautiful beaches, including the famous Es Trenc beach, which boasts crystal clear waters and soft, white sand. Es Trenc is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, offering a range of activities such as swimming, sunbathing or just enjoying the nature. Another beach worth visiting in the area is Cala Mondrago. This secluded beach is surrounded by pine trees and boasts turquoise waters. It is a great spot for those looking for a quieter beach experience.
This country house boasts a private pool measuring 5 x 10 metres with a depth of 0.8 to 2.1 metres. The pool is chlorinated and perfect for a refreshing swim. The outdoor area features a barbecue, a furnished porch, a well-kept garden, a huge terrace, 8 sun loungers and 1 parasol, a ping pong table, and an exterior shower. You can park your car in the patio of the house, it is not covered. A car is necessary.
Inside, you can enjoy a lazy afternpoon in the living dining area with a TV (satellite channels), air conditioning, DVD player, and Wifi. The fully fitted kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, oven, and much more. There are four bedrooms with AC and closet, two with a double bed each and two with two single beds. Three full bathrooms are available, two with shower and one with a bathtub. For your convenience, there is a hair dryer, a cot and high chair on request, a washing machine, and an iron with ironing board.

Parties, and events are not accepted.
Youth groups under 25 years are not permitted, except families with children.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2,2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0,55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of identity documents or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
