Surrounded by a rural environment, this villa for 3 guests with a private pool offers everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing stay and easily explore the island.
In the exterior, the estate stands out for its saltwater swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Around it, a carefully maintained artificial grass area with sun loungers and umbrellas invites relaxation, while the barbecue and furnished porch offer the perfect space to enjoy outdoor meals. For the little ones, there is a small children's playground where they can play with total safety.
The interior of the house combines comfort and functionality in a cosy environment. The living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and WiFi, is a perfect space to relax after a day of excursions. The American kitchen has a worktop and gas oven, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare any meal. The property has two bedrooms: the main one, with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a second bedroom also with a double bed, an air conditioning will be installed that is not yet enabled for use. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. For greater comfort, the house is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, upon request, a cot and high chair can be provided for the little ones.
Located 28 km from the Capellans beaches in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, this estate offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and access to some of the most beautiful corners of Mallorca. In Costitx, guests will find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and petrol station, while in nearby towns of Sineu, Inca or Can Picafort they can access a wider variety of services. For those wishing to explore the island, the estate is an ideal starting point. From here, the Tramuntana Mountains, the city of Palma and the picturesque northern coast can be easily visited, with charming towns such as Alcúdia, Pollença and Formentor. Additionally, on Wednesdays a visit to the traditional market in Sineu, the oldest on the island, is essential.

The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season.
