As the villa is close to the mountains, the area is a real paradise for cycling and hiking, especially during spring when the almond trees are blooming. The owners will supply you with 2 mountainbikes for adults and 2 bikes for children, so you can make a nice excursion with your loved ones. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Inca or Lloseta with many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We recommend you to have dinner in Santi Taura Restaurant, which serves excellent Majorcan food. There are lots of hidden gems in the Tramuntana mountains, declared as World Heritage by Unesco. Visit the picturesque villages Valldemossa, Sóller and Fornalutx and the small bays like Banyalbufar, Port des Canonge or Port de Valldemossa. A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the north coast with nice sand beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor or Playa de Muro.
The house provides you with high-speed internet conection (4G).
What about starting your day with a large breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the sunshine; then having a bath in the private pool – this is holiday! The 6x4 meter sized private pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.65 meters has wonderful mountain views. Before and after swimming, you can use the garden shower. If you fancy open-air cooking, there’s a barbecue where you can prepare your favorite meat and vegetables. Enjoy great al fresco dining at the terrace, which is covered by a wineyard during the summer. During the afternoon, challenge family and friends at the ping-pong or just lay back on one of the sun loungers and relax.
The terrace gives access to a air conditioned sitting-dining area with open kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen features a vitro hob, kitchen utensils, a blender and a sandwich maker, among other things. In order to prepare tasty breakfasts, there’s a tea pot, a juice squeezer and a coffee machine. The rooms have been decorated by the owners in a lovely and warm way. There are 3 bedrooms with garden views, two twin and one single room with a bed of 1.35 meters. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe or a clothes hanger. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. A laundry with washing machine and iron is available, so you won’t miss anything in this lovely house. Lemontree is a home far away from home – perfect for families and relax seekers.
Pets and events are not allowed.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

The perfect get away.

Set in the welcoming town of Lloseta we had a wonderful time at the property as well as making use of the direct train to Palma, only a 10min walk to the station.
The house is so well equipped and comfortable.
We had two days where we did not need to leave as everything was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature whilst looking at the mountains and the pool was perfect for our needs.
At night the solar lights made it look magical and again we enjoyed sitting outside to eat and just enjoy the night sky.
Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful, we even took up their suggestion of staying local for a fiesta that was taking place and we very much enjoyed being a part of that.
We hope to return in the near future.
