The villa is 5 km from Llucmajor, which is a charming town located in the southern part of the beautiful island of Mallorca. On the southeastern coast of Mallorca, nestled in a picturesque cove, lies the enchanting beach of Cala Pi. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear turquoise waters, Cala Pi offers a secluded and idyllic setting. A car is necessary to move around.
The exterior of the villa boasts a private chlorine pool, measuring an impressive 9 x 4 meters. With depths ranging from 1.2 to 2.2 meters, the pool provides ample space for both swimming and leisurely relaxation. Surrounding the pool, a spacious terrace awaits, adorned with six comfortable sun loungers where you can soak up the warm sunshine in utter tranquility. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find an inviting exterior dining area complete with a parasol, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals amidst the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a dedicated barbecue area with an outdoor dining table, allowing you to indulge in delicious grilled delicacies with your loved ones. To refresh after a sun-soaked day, an outdoor shower is conveniently available. The villa is embraced by a meticulously maintained garden, featuring an array of vibrant plants and flowers. As you explore the grounds, you'll come across a charming porch with a cozy chill-out area, where you can unwind and bask in the serene ambiance.
Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by an air-conditioned, spacious, and luminous living and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a vitro hob, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, and more. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer simple meals, this kitchen has everything you need. For your entertainment and comfort, the villa offers free Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a selection of books to enjoy during your downtime.
The accommodation comprises three inviting bedrooms, ensuring ample space for your family or friends. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers for your belongings. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom boasts a double bed, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning.
A full and independent bathroom with a shower and double wash basin caters to the needs of the additional bedrooms. Should you require it, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, making this villa an ideal choice for family holidays.
Pets weighing less than 7 kg are accepted. Only one pet is allowed.
No parties or groups of young people under 25 years old are allowed.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
