The villa is in the South of Majorca, a 20 Minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous for a wide range of leisure and culture, the La Seu Cathedral and the trendy Santa Catalina quarter. Badia Gran provides you with a pharmacy, a grocery shop and a few restaurants, like Bahía Beach Club. The beach of Badia Gran is rocky, but there are nice sand beaches in about 10-15 km; like Cala Blava, Can Pastilla or S’Arenal. A 40 minutes’ drive takes you to the natural beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Arenal de Sa Ràpita. There are two golf courses in the South, Puntiró and Son Gual. In Campos and Llucmajor, you will find supermarkets and more services.
There’s nothing better than wake up with the sound of the waves and take a morning dip in the private, 10 x 5 meters sized infinity salt water pool. The salt water pool has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with several sun loungers and a parasol. The poolside porch overlooks the sea and is a nice place for having a barbecue or lunch. There’s a second terrace at the front of the house, equipped with a table and chairs. After a day on the beach, you can wash off the sand at the exterior shower.
The living-dining area has beautiful views to the pool and the sea and is perfect for having lunch together or having a rest on the sofa. The chalet features a TV with satellite channels, air conditioning in the dining area and in four bedrooms, WiFi, DVD-player and central heating for the winter. Every chef will enjoy cooking meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and much more. Two single bedrooms and a shower bath with hair dryer are on the ground floor. Mind that one of these single rooms has no A/C and you have to cross it to get to the other bedroom (no total privacy). The main bedroom with double bed, sea views and en-suite bath with bathtub and bidet is on the first floor. Furthermore, there’s another bedroom with double bed and en-suite bath with bathtub and a room with a trundle bed and en-suite bath with bathtub. The laundry offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. We can supply a baby bed and a cot. You can park for free on the plot of the house.

The house has an alarm with security cameras. (they do not record and are disconnected when guest are staying there).
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.

The property has capacity for up to 8 people and has 4 double en-suite rooms, all with individual air conditioning.
It also features an unheated outdoor jacuzzi, a T-shaped pool (unheated), living room, sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet, garage, fireplace, underfloor heating, garden, barbecue, a small room with some gym equipment and a library.
The minimalist design guarantees a comfortable and sophisticated stay, where simplicity is united with good taste without limits. Each space has been conceived to preserve privacy and symmetry.
The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. The nearest beach is just a 20-minute walk away, descending the cliffs —a journey that rewards with an incomparable landscape—.
The property is located 20 minutes by car from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport.
🏠 Housing Details
The two main bedrooms share a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and panoramic sea views, as well as a private balcony of generous dimensions.
The third en suite bedroom also offers sea views, while the fourth bedroom is oriented towards the private garden.
All rooms have high-quality mattresses, towels and premium bedding.
The main lounge has a 42" television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, two sofas and a central table.
The living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs, wooden coffee tables and a fireplace, invites relaxation during the cooler nights.
The library, equipped with a carefully curated selection of books and a desk, is ideal for reading or working in a serene environment.
The dining room offers a table with seating capacity for 10 diners and is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils.
These spaces —library, living room, lounge and dining room— share the same open space, subtly delimited to create differentiated environments, all with impressive sea views.
The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, among others), facilitates a complete culinary experience.
Attached to it is a service room intended for food and wine storage.
The electronic blind system allows regulating the entry of light and ventilation, while the fireplace and underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere during the winter.

The swimming pool is divided into two levels: an upper area with a jacuzzi and a lower T-shaped pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers.
Water flows from the upper level to the lower level, creating a cascading effect that brings calm and serenity to the surroundings.

The property has space for 3 vehicles: one in the garage and two within the compound.
Likewise, the garage offers additional space for motorcycles and/or bicycles.
Street parking is safe, as long as one does not park on the pavement.
ℹ️ Additional information
For safety reasons, it is recommended to close all blinds when leaving or during the night. A general button, located next to the main door, allows lowering them all simultaneously. Outside the villa, there are two security cameras and inside there are two in the living room and one in the entrance, they only record when the alarm is connected. The alarm is connected from a remote control that is hung on the stairs leading to the upper floor.
No additional services are offered (chef, nanny, teachers, etc.), although guests can freely hire third parties.
In case of electrical overload, the main switches are located in the garage, to the right of the wooden door.
No umbrellas are available; it is suggested to enjoy the sun and views from the pool or with floats.
Some areas, such as the swimming pool or stairs, do not have protective fences for design reasons, and the pavement may become slippery when wet. For this reason, it is not recommended for children under 12 years old to stay, except under the responsibility of their parents.
