Welcome to this comfortable house in Cala Morlanda! Located just a few steps from the sea, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a quiet and beautiful environment.
Cala Morlanda, in the east of Mallorca, is a small paradise surrounded by coves and beaches. A pleasant 10-minute walk takes you to the beach of S'Illot, which is a sandy beach. Cala Morlanda is closer and is a beautiful rocky cove, where you can snorkel. A 5 minute drive takes you to Porto Cristo where there is a wide range of supermarkets, stores, restaurants and the famous Caves of Drach. Further south are the coves of Cala Mendia, Cala Domingos and Cala Marçal. A car is recommended but not necessary.
The house is located in a peaceful residential area and has a furnished terrace with a mobile barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing moments in the sun.
Dentro de la casa, te espera una cocina-sala completamente equipada con sofás cómodos, televisión de satélite y Wifi de alta velocidad, perfecto para aquellos que necesiten trabajar a distancia durante su estancia. La cocina abierta cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluyendo cocina de gas, nevera-congelador, microondas, tetera y utensilios de cocina. La casa tiene tres dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama doble y el tercero con dos camas individuales de 90 cm de largo. Todos los dormitorios tienen salida a la terraza, proporcionando vistas encantadoras y una brisa refrescante. Dos de los dormitorios, uno con cama doble y el de las camas individuales, están equipados con aire acondicionado para garantizar tu comodidad durante las noches cálidas. Además, para el tercer dormitorio, tenemos un ventilador disponible.
En cuanto a las comodidades adicionales, la casa está equipada con plancha y tabla, lavadora, juguetes y libros para niños, asegurando que toda la familia disfrute al máximo de su estancia. También encontrarás dos baños completos, uno con bañera y el otro con ducha, ambos con secador de pelo. Si viajas con un bebé, podemos proporcionarte una cuna y una trona bajo petición.
To consider:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held through a credit card and the guest will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
