Muro is a charming town located in the northern part of Mallorca, known for its stunning beaches and rural beauty. The beaches of Muro are some of the best on the island, with miles of sandy shoreline and crystal-clear waters. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are only a short drive from the villa and this fine sand beaches are perfect for a beach day with friends and family. Can Picafort is a nice coastal town with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The village of Muro is also renowned for its agricultural produce, particularly the production of olive oil and wine. Here, you'll find picturesque scenery dominated by olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees. Muro is also home to an impressive 13th-century church, the Iglesia de Sant Joan Baptista, which is well worth a visit. A car is necessary to move around.
This stunning villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The private chlorine pool is a highlight, measuring 9 x 4 x 2 meters and surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees. The villa also boasts a mobile barbecue, 6 sunbeds, and 2 umbrellas, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space.
Inside, the well-equipped kitchen features an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. A washing machine is also provided for added convenience. Free wifi and satellite TV are available throughout the villa, and the comfortable living room is equipped with air conditioning. There are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a double bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for up to 6 guests. Three bathrooms are also provided, two of which are en-suite and come with a hairdryer. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair for your baby on request and upon a small charge.

Additional fee for the electricity consumption: 0.25 Eur / kW. Will be paid at departure, cash to the owner.
Late check-in after 10 pm: 35 Eur
Parties are not allowed.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be paid cash to the owner on arrival.
Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
