The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), two bathrooms, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

In the outdoor area of the house, you can relax in the swimming pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, 4 parking spaces in the same building, and a bathroom are located just in front of the house. It is a very quiet area, so you will be able to enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquillity.

This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply by taking a bus (stop 50 metres from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipal term of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments, you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by.

Rules:

** The rules in this property are very strict: parties are forbidden and be careful with noise, as this is a residential area, if these rules are breached, the entire deposit will be penalised.

It is completely forbidden to smoke inside the property, and failure to comply with the rule will result in a penalty.

Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.

- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be returned upon departure. This property is recommended for families or groups seeking tranquillity; for groups under 30 years old, an additional deposit of 500€ will be required on top of the standard 500€ deposit.

- Cleaning Fee (£150) to be paid upon arrival.

- Tourist Tax: £2.20/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Welcome to Villa Oasis El Terreno, an oasis of elegance, comfort and tranquillity in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. This beautiful holiday rental villa offers the perfect balance between privacy and proximity to the city centre, making it an ideal option for enjoying Palma with all the amenities. The villa features a fantastic private swimming pool of 3.50 m x 7.50 m, situated on a spacious and sunny terrace of over 100 m². The outdoor area has comfortable sun loungers, relaxation spaces, an outdoor dining area and various corners where you can enjoy Mallorca's magnificent climate.

On the upper floor you will also find a large solarium with panoramic views over Palma and the sea, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities.

We have recently added a small fitness studio in the room next to this upper terrace. The space is equipped with training mats, weights and a state-of-the-art exercise bike, ideal for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Thanks to the ample space available on the solarium, the terrace is also perfect for practising yoga, stretching or other outdoor sports activities whilst enjoying the views over the city and sea.

The interior of Villa Oasis El Terreno has approximately 200 m² and combines spaciousness, comfort and careful Mediterranean style. It has 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort to all guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches or dinners during your stay. The property also has air conditioning and heating via heat pump systems in all bedrooms.

Villa Oasis El Terreno also has extensive private parking within the property itself. The garage can accommodate two medium-sized cars or one larger vehicle, such as a large SUV or a van.

Its location is another of the great attractions of Villa Oasis El Terreno. It is approximately 15 minutes' drive from the airport, just a 5-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo and Palma port, and about 10 minutes' walk from Bellver Castle Park. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants, whilst the main beaches of Palma and its surroundings are about 10 minutes' drive away.

Cots and high chairs for babies are available upon request and for an additional charge.

This property is situated in a quiet residential area. For this reason, only families or groups of responsible people who wish to enjoy a peaceful and respectful stay are accepted. Groups of young people will not be accepted.

Every Friday morning, our maintenance team will visit the property to carry out the usual maintenance tasks for the garden and pool.

Check-in from 20:00 will incur a supplement of €50. From 22:00, the supplement will be €100, and for arrivals after midnight (00:00), €150. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival.

House rules:

- Smoking is prohibited inside Villa Oasis El Terreno. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, always using an ashtray and avoiding leaving cigarette butts on the ground.

- Use of the fireplace during the stay is not permitted.

- Please maintain the order and cleanliness of Villa Oasis El Terreno throughout your stay.

- Guests must take responsibility for the waste generated during their stay. Please separate waste correctly and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.

- Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly. Turn them off when you are not in the property or when they are not needed, and keep doors and windows closed whilst they are operating.

- Parties and events are not permitted at Villa Oasis El Terreno. Occasional visits should be kept to a minimum and must respect the house rules and the peace and quiet of the neighbours at all times.
