Description
This Mediterranean villa with private pool and garden in S’Aranjassa, near Palma de Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
A 15 minutes’ drive takes you to Playa de Palma or Son Gual golf course. Families may enjoy a day in Aqualand or Palma Aquarium, while beach lovers have lots of beaches which are easily accessible by car; Cala Blava, Can Pastilla or the natural beaches of Ses Covetes, Es Trenc or Arenal de sa Rapita, just to mention a few. The capital Palma de Mallorca is famous for the wide offer of culture, leisure and gastronomy. You can have some tapas at Santa Catalina’s market; then visit the art galleries of Sant Jaume and La Lotja before going out at Palma’s Paseo Marítimo. There you will find popular bars and discotheques like Garrito Café or Tito’s. The town El Arenal counts with supermarkets, gas stations and all services you may need during your stay.
This spacious two-storey house is surrounded by a forest, so you will be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family. The 50m2 sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 meters is surrounded by a terrace with several sun loungers. Next to it, you can prepare a tasty barbecue and enjoy great al fresco dining. The spacious and bright sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite TV overlooks the pool. This room leads you to the fully equipped kitchen with A/C, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and much more. There’s a toilet on the ground floor. The stairs lead you to the first floor, composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. You can choose between two rooms with 2 single beds and one fitted with a double bed. All bedrooms come with a bath en-suite and air conditioning. Furthermore, there’s a room with no privacy, where a child till 12 years can sleep. A washing machine, iron/ironing board, a cot and a high chair complete the equipment.
To consider:
Mind that for youth groups under 27 years we will charge a damage deposit of 1500 Eur to your credit card, except for families with children.
The owner lives in the same plot and takes care of the exteriors.
There's an annexed house on the plot where the owner lives.
The house has an alarm with security cameras. (they do not record and are disconnected when guest are staying there).
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
As required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
Pets or the holding of events is not allowed. The fireplace can’t be used.
