Relax on the majestic terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana, next to its beautiful pool. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Please keep the interior of the villa clean and tidy.
- Guests will be required to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, and also keeping the deposit.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a mandatory deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

A lovely area with a fantastic pool and a typical Spanish house. Very nice host, all worked perfectly and the cava was in the fridge ready for you to enjoy. It was hot while we were here and we had a baby with us, so the air-con was important and it see more
