Incredible stay mad even better with the outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us book activities and taxis in the areas. Host was so helpful with tips on things do to on the area and helped us arrange for a private transfer to the airposee more

Host was so helpful with tips on things do to on the area and helped us arrange for a private transfer to the airport when we were leaving and even to get around the city. Nice and spacious great for a large group but still offers privacy with 3 individual apartments . This house is a 15 min walks downhill to the marina and some places to get along the way however the walk back up is very strenuous! (Not suitable for older people) but there a bus station just at the end of the driveway less than a 1 min walk to get the bus which can take you all the way to positano.downtown area, very easy to navigate . Overall great place and helpful host!

Beautiful home, the host Francesco was very responsive and took great care of us and our stay. Our A/C did not work in the upper room and in the summer it feels horrible but they came in and took care of it right away. Love the stay thank you!! We hasee more

Praiano is a cute town and is less busy than Amalfi and Positano. The location of this house in the center of Praiano. The beach is about a 20 minute walk with lots of stairsthe town has an internal bus van/bus. The place is accurate to the pictures.see more

The beach is about a 20 minute walk with lots of stairsthe town has an internal bus van/bus. The place is accurate to the pictures. There are lots of steep stairs - this was fine for our group. The view of the Mediterranean is beautiful and worth the climb. Note - we rented the whole house and it is 3 distinct areas, again worked well for our big group. Make sure you read the descriptions. The AC works well, a definite plus. The communication with Francesco at SMAAC was excellent. Answered all my questions quickly. He also went above and beyond and mailed back our clothes we left there. Excellent service - thank you!! If you plan to cook a lot, the kitchen is missing some essential tools (cheese grater and spatulas) not a huge deal.
