Description
Featuring a private pool, this elegant and stylish town house in Sa Pobla can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is just a 15 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro beach.
The village of Sa Pobla provides you with supermarkets, restaurants and shops. On Sunday, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers on the market. Pollença and the golf course are just a 15 minutes by car. You can visit the Tramuntana Mountains and its lovely villages like Valldemossa and Sóller. You can walk to restaurants but you will need a car to go to the beach.
Start your day with a refreshing bath in the private salt water pool, with a size of 5 x 3 metres. The furnished terrace with sun loungers is perfect for a barbecue. You can park for free on the street.
The houses’ interiors are very elegant and feature a TV with satellite channels, free Wifi and air conditioning in the living area and in 3 of the bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a gas cooker. You can choose between 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed each and one with 2 beds. The bedroom with double bed on the ground floor has no air conditioning, but a fan. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and the room with 2 single beds has an en-suite shower bath. You have access to 3 more shower baths in the house.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
