This charming holiday home in Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place for a family or friends' holiday, with capacity for up to 10 guests.
The property features a spacious furnished terrace, which includes an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue and a dining table, making it the ideal space to enjoy the good weather and outdoor meals.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious lounge-dining room divided into two rooms, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in front of the television, or connect to the internet thanks to the Wifi available throughout the house. The layout includes four double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has two single beds, whilst the other three have one double bed each. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes for your comfort. The fifth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed and access to a private balcony with sea views, making it the perfect place for a rest after a day at the beach.
The house has three bathrooms: two of them with a bathtub and hair dryer, and one more with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, crockery, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The location of the house is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity, as it is situated just a few metres from the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The restaurant El Sol Sunshine bar is a relaxing spot to eat or dine. In the village there is a small grocery shop and good restaurants. More services such as petrol stations and supermarkets can be found in Can Picafort, a 10-minute drive away.

As required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is €2.20 per night and person in high season and €0.55 per night and person in low season. During high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is paid on site.
