Villa Pula One, a house located in a unique environment, is located in the area of Son Servera, one of the oldest and most emblematic towns of Mallorca. Where relaxation and tranquility take over unique interior landscapes. The house is located within the Pula Golf Resort of Son Servera, and within a radius of less than 3km there are three different golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf). The closest beaches are Costa de los Pinos about 2.5 KM, also Cala Bona and Cala Millor are pretty close. Tourist license number: L12E7499.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful oak forest, note that you will find a very large outdoor facilities and inside the house everything necessary for customers to feel at home, comfortably and enjoying a magnificent indoor design. It is a perfect villa for families, friends and especially for golfers and / or cyclists, therefore ideal for those who want to enjoy their holidays in a fabulous environment.
* Events of maximum 25 people are accepted on request (Price on request).
The distribution of housing is as follows:
Ground floor: 2 Bedrooms (1 with a double bed and another with two single beds) + Living room-dining room + Kitchen + 2 bathrooms + Laundry + Terrace with access to exteriors (garden and pool).
Upper floor: SUITE bedroom (with double bed) + Ensuite bathroom + Living room + 40m2 terrace
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

from 9pm, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

The entire experience was excellent, a beautiful home which is clearly maintained to a very high standard. We were met by the owner who waited quite late for us. We asked for maid service every day which was very reasonable in cost and exceptional insee more

We asked for maid service every day which was very reasonable in cost and exceptional in standard. The pool is excellent, the BBQ very good and the overall quality of the property very high. Cleanliness is a solid 10 out of 10.
