With five elegant and comfortable bedrooms (one specially designed for children), this house is ideal for large groups or families looking to share special moments in tranquility. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together to form comfortable double beds, providing flexibility to cater to guests' needs.
The location of this house is simply exceptional. Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct access to the beach, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the shore whenever they wish. The view and sound of the sea will be ever-present, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that inspires calm.
The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a porch to enjoy facing the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.
Inside, the house has air conditioning in the living room and in the distributor of the rooms (hot and cold air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a lounge for relaxing while watching TV or reading a good book, and several dining tables. Three complete bathrooms, all equipped with showers, are available. One of the bathrooms even features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration under the warm sun or a day of sports at the Golf Course located just 2 km away. All rooms have ceiling fans to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
The villa is fully prepared to accommodate children of all ages, with a crib, high chair, games, a table for children's activities, and beach toys. You and your family will have an unforgettable vacation just a few meters from the beach.
