Cosy two-bedroom apartment, simple but with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is located in a building situated in the historic quarter, in a lively area but on a street with very little traffic, which allows you to enjoy tranquillity without giving up city life.
The apartment is very bright, thanks to its three large windows, and also has a balcony with views of the street.
Apartment Layout
The property includes:
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, recently renovated.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds.
Living-dining room with several sofas and armchairs, dining table, television and free Wi-Fi access.
Important: The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access the property. We do not recommend it for people with mobility problems or families with prams.
Just 50 metres from the property there is a secure garage where you can store your bicycles during your stay.
Location – Sa Gerreria Neighbourhood
The apartment is situated in Sa Gerreria, one of Palma's most characterful neighbourhoods, known for its authentic atmosphere, bars, restaurants, shops and street art.
The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot:
250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.
800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, the main public transport hub, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport.
Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, which allows you to rest comfortably whilst enjoying Palma's urban life.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (you may smoke on the balcony, being careful with cigarette butts).
Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of complaints from neighbours regarding noise or inappropriate behaviour, the owner reserves the right to evict guests from the apartment without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.
Booking conditions
A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay, which may be applied in case of damage to the property, loss of keys or excessive dirt.
Check-in time: from 15:00 onwards, although we are flexible if availability permits.
Check-out time: until 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.
Parking and access
The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall. You simply need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability. There are also nearby public car parks.

A tastefully decorated holiday apartment for up to 4 guests, with shared swimming pool, just 5 km from Palma city centre. Whether you want to completely disconnect, work remotely, visit the city or are on a business trip, it is one of the best options in the area.
The apartment, fully equipped, features two double bedrooms (beds can be separated upon request), decorated in Mediterranean style, with views of a private patio with fruit trees. You will enjoy air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and wifi throughout the property. It has two simple but well-equipped kitchenettes, each with a Nespresso coffee maker, and two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. It includes one outdoor parking space within the property.
You don't need a car: the area is well served by bus and taxi, and the airport is just 15 minutes away. The bus stop is 200 m from the apartment, with buses to the city centre every 8 minutes (15 minutes journey time).
The apartment is located in Son Roqueta, a quiet, mostly residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Palma, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. It is an excellent starting point for golf, hiking or cycling enthusiasts, surrounded by the Arabella Golf Resort (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner golf courses).
Outside, a beautiful garden with salt-water swimming pool —shared with the charming owner— invites you to relax after a walk around the city or a day's work. Pool hours: 07:00 to 22:00.
Every Thursday morning, our maintenance team will visit the property to carry out routine garden and pool maintenance tasks.
Check-in is done remotely; you will receive a form in advance to submit the documentation required by the authorities.
