Fantastic design apartment, with air conditioning and central heating, located in the heart of Barcelona with capacity for up to 6 people and 3 double bedrooms. (Tourist registration number: HUTB-010336).

The apartment has 105 square metres and is well furnished for a comfortable stay. There is a living room with large windows, which makes it a bright space. Additionally, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and a trundle bed with two single beds that join together to create a double bed). The apartment offers all the comforts you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: air conditioning, heating, SmartTV, iron + ironing board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, bed linen and towels.

The apartment is perfect for business trips or holidays, located in the central Poble Sec district and close to the Barcelona Trade Fair "FIRA". It is also just 800 metres from Plaça Espanya and near the historic centre. The apartment is situated in the Poble Sec neighbourhood of Barcelona, known for its theatres, tapas bars and cinemas, right in front of Ferran Adrià's "Tickets" restaurant (Spain's most famous chef).

Furthermore, you can also walk to Pl. Catalunya, Las Ramblas or the port from the apartment (no more than 15 minutes). Finally, Fira Barcelona (Barcelona Trade Fair) is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, right where Carrer Paral·lel meets Plaça Espanya.

In stays of more than 7 days, sheets and towels are replaced.

Although situated in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet; once you close the door, you forget all the hustle and bustle of the city...

Housing standards

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty.
- Please keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay.
- We ask that you respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridors), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly so as not to disturb the neighbours.
- Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Should the owner receive complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or inappropriate behaviour from any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay and request the immediate eviction of all guests, with no right to refund and may retain the deposit.

Booking conditions

Tourist tax not included: €10.45 per person per night.
Deposit: A deposit of €250 will be retained during the stay, which will be released once it has been verified that the property is in good condition.

Late check-in:
From 21:00 to 23:00: supplement of €30, to be paid in cash during check-in.
From 23:00 to 01:00: supplement of €50, to be paid in cash during check-in.
From 01:00 onwards: supplement of €100, to be paid in cash during check-in.

Cot: Available on request for a supplement of €10 per day. Please request it and remind us a few days before arrival.
