Located in the gorgeous Neve Tzedek neighborhood and right by the sea, our colorful apartment has stunning Yafo and sea views which can be enjoyed from our large and comfortable terrace. There are tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and museums within walking distance, and the beach is very close by.
The apartment has an open, duplex floor plan, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge terrace and jacuzzi, and an indoor parking spot--you simply won't find a more enjoyable way to experience this city. This penthouse is perfect if you are a family or group who enjoys open space, and great service while you travel.
THE SPACE:
The apartment is 165 square meters total, including outdoor space. There are 2 floors, making it feel like a private house.
*Stairs have to be taken in order to reach the second floor, so please make sure you and your guests are comfortable with stairs before choosing this apartment.*
Floor 1: Main floor when you come in through the front door with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large storage closet, perfect for storing your luggage and larger items during your stay.
- Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, closet space and an A/C unit
- Bedroom 2: Double bed, closet, A/C unit

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well known for the fact that it was the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture and is home to many wonderful restaurants and shops. It takes only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk for the center of Tel-Aviv.
The main street is called Shabazi and there are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants dotted around.
The Carmel Market is a 7 minute walk away.
The main international airport, Ben Gurion, is a 20 minute drive.
The closest beach is only an 8-minute walk from the house. There is also the 'Tachana', which is the old train station (from the 20's 30's) renovated recently to shops, boutiques & restaurants. It's a 6 minute walk from the house.
GETTING AROUND
Everything is within walking distance, The beach is 5 min walk, Old train station is 4 min walk, Restaurants & shops are 1 min walk. You will be able to reach any location you desire in the city of Tel-Aviv by taxi or by bus . The city service of green bicycles has a station nearby as well.
