THE SPACE The living space is divided between a luxury living room and a modern open plan kitchen. Living room furnished with high quality sofa and armchairs and equipped with a 65 inches smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar which can sit 4 people comfortably. Bedroom 1: King size bed, XL full height closet, 31 inches TV, access to the terrace furnished with a full seating area. Bedroom 2: queen size bed, full height closet. This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency. Both bedrooms have high quality linens and bedding. Full bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and dryer all in one in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic). - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. - Access to the building gym: for bookings over 28 nights EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT) - Parking: included in the booking for 7-day or longer stays. Please notify us in advance* - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum. *PARKING CONDITIONS Parking is available and included under the following conditions: 1.⁠ ⁠A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. 2.⁠ ⁠Make sure to notify us at least 72h in advance that you will be using the parking. We need to book a briefing for you to learn how to operate the automated parking and where to park. Please note that a fee of 295 NIS applies. 3.⁠ ⁠Kindly ensure that the height of your vehicle does not exceed 155 cm. 4. We will need the make and plate numbers of your car to guarantee your access to the parking. GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages. We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance. We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online. PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. - The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBORHOOD You will appreciate to saunter along the seaside promenade overlooking the beach but also to frequent the lively bars and restaurants at night, all just minutes from the apartment. Shop at the Carmel Market, one of the Tel Aviv’s biggest marketplace, or at the artist fair on Nahalat Benjamin, before stepping away for a quiet lunch in the charming Yemenite neighborhood. Sheinkin Street is 600 meters from your apartment, while Meir Park is 500 meters from the property. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses departing from the nearby Carmelit bus terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

The apartment has been freshly renovated and designed by one of our local architects (in 2023) and it is situated in a new building which meets all the current security and comfort standards. Access to the balcony furnished with a seating area and a dining table for 4 people. Bedroom with a queen size bed and a full height closet. Full bathroom with walk in shower. With Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda streets as well as Ben Gurion Avenue, Bugrashov street and Dizengoff square within reach, you can enjoy a very large entertainment offer with minimum planing.
