Description
Set in Can Picafort, Majorca North, this lovely holiday house is perfect for a beach or cycling holiday. It's just a few steps from the fine grained sand beach in Can Picafort and can comfortably acommodate 2-6 guests and one baby.
Can Picafort provides you with all services you may need during your holidays; supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and shops. You can visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença or spend a day in the capital of the island, Palma. A car isn't necessary as all important services are nearby. If you come by car, you can park for free on the street.
Enjoy a dinner with your loved ones on the terrace or have a nap on the living room's sofa after a nice day on the beach. You can prepare your meals in the independent kitchen, including a vitro hob, oven and kitchen utensils. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. Furthermore, there's one complete shower bathroom, a toilet, fans and a cot/high chair on rquest.
To consider:
Parties / events are not allowed. Please mind the rest period from 11 p.m. to 10 a.m. as there are neighbours next door.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
