The private garden of 3000 square metres is a true paradise for children, with garden furniture, barbecue and a fenced plot that allows the little ones to play with total safety. The private swimming pool of 3x7 metres is perfect for refreshing family moments during hot days.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Additionally, it has air conditioning, individual gas heating, WiFi and television to ensure maximum comfort.
An additional detail is the terrace and balcony, ideal spaces to enjoy the views and share moments with family. The fireplace adds a cosy touch for the cooler nights, and services such as ironing complete the equipment.
Villa Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Guests are kindly requested to maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout their stay.
- Guests shall be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before departure.
- The use of air conditioning and heating should be responsible, turning them off when not inside the villa.
- Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel the client and all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to reimbursement of the amount paid and retaining the deposit.

- Upon arrival, guests must pay a security deposit of €1,000.00 by bank transfer, which will be refunded after departure, provided no damage or rule violations occur.
- Tourist tax: £2.20 per adult per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

IMPORTANT: essential to rent a car to enjoy your holiday at this accommodation as it is located in a remote location.
