Featuring a natural private pool, this amazing holiday house near Cala D’Or can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The area of Cala D’Or is a lovely area with sand beaches like Cala Serena, Cala Mondragó and Cala Sa Nau. In the village you’ll find shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The charming fishermen’s village of Portopetro is 6 km from the house. A car is necessary.
The most amazing feature of this house is the private pool which is cleaned in a natural way, with no chemicals, chlorine nor salt. After a refreshing bath in the pool, you can take one of the 8 sun loungers and relax for a while. There’s a barbecue so you can organize a nice summer dinner. The kids will enjoy the spacious garden and there’s an exterior shower.
The house is stylish and cosy and has an unique style. The spacious living area has a satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a vitro hob, an oven and a dishwasher. You can choose between 4 bedrooms, all with a double bed and a fan. Besides, there are 3 shower bathrooms, free Wifi, a washing machine and a cot available.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
